Shipping and handling policy
Shipping and handling are included in the price of every item, with no minimum order and no surcharge for size or weight. Orders leave our fulfillment center within one business day by USPS Priority Mail and usually arrive in two to five business days. We deliver within the United States only.
Where we deliver
Orders ship to United States addresses only. We deliver to all fifty states and the District of Columbia, and to APO, FPO and DPO addresses. We do not deliver outside the United States and do not deliver to freight forwarders or parcel forwarding services. An order sent to a non-United States address is cancelled and refunded in full.

You must be 18 or older to buy from this website. Placing an order confirms you are at least 18 years old.
Processing schedule
Orders are packed at our fulfillment center within one business day. Orders received after 2:00 PM Eastern Time, or on a weekend or public holiday, are packed on the next business day.
Once the USPS label is scanned, Priority Mail usually arrives in two to five business days. From the Southeast it is often two to three days; the West Coast is typically four to five. Allow three to six business days from order to delivery.
Addresses
Check the address at checkout. If you notice an error, call (844) 870-9038 or write to info@westnordvitalisdailycarehub.com straight away. Once a parcel has left us we cannot redirect it. A parcel returned as undeliverable is refunded in full when it reaches us.
Delays outside our control
Severe weather, carrier backlogs and public holidays can lengthen delivery. If tracking has not moved for five business days, contact us and we will open a trace with the carrier. If the parcel cannot be found, we send a replacement or refund the order.
Charges
Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout from your shipping address. There is no separate shipping fee, handling fee, surcharge or recurring charge. Your statement will show this charge under the name westnordvitalisdailyca.
Where orders ship from
Orders leave our fulfillment center, whose address is on the Fulfillment Address page. Do not send a return there without an authorization. See the Refund Policy.
